The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients to assist in: defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with client’s marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight. The role will also involve conducting conversion optimization consultancies, with the aim of improving efficiency in clients’ digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI.
The successful candidate will not necessarily come from a pure web analytics background but an excellent, in-depth level of knowledge in digital marketing, along with experience in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns is essential along with very strong project management skills.
The SEO Manager coordinates and implements SEO strategies for clients, which includes interacting with clients and working closely with the DNA team to ensure the goals of the client are met. He or she defines the requirements, tasks, and resources needed for each SEO strategy and then executes and manages these strategies. The SEO Manager must stay on the cutting edge of SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing trends and development.
The ideal candidate for this position has two years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), strong business software experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools and keyword tools, experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments, and Google Analytics Certification. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations highly preferred. He or she must be goal oriented with an exceptional attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills.
The Search Engine Marketing Account Manager uses creativity and technical skills within a dynamic team environment to produce measurable results for our clients by providing best practice Search Engine Marketing (SEM) for clients. He or she helps manage SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks and manages SEM campaigns.
The ideal candidate for this position has at least two years of hands on marketing experience (including management of large paid search marketing campaigns and campaign development, management, and performance reporting), experience managing paid search campaigns and/or paid search employees, Google Analytics Certification, and Google Adwords Certification. He or she must have a strong understanding of online campaign measurement and methodologies, a solid background in critical thinking and quantitative analysis, mastery of all basic SEM concepts, and excellent data analysis skills.
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing promotions and optimizing affiliate performance across multiple client programs. Candidates should have successful experience working in online marketing and be familiar with the role performance marketing plays in an online strategy. It is imperative that this person have a take charge attitude, precise analytical skills, and a desire to exceed their goals.
The Client Services Manager is extremely knowledgeable about our products and services, the industry, and our market. He or she works to build new relationships with clients and maintains an ongoing relationship with existing clients to encourage networking and repeat business.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience working within an advertiser’s digital marketing division or in client services within a digital advertising agency, Google Analytics Certification, and Google Adwords Certification. He or she has knowledge of all online paid media and Affiliate Program concepts, strong data analysis skills, exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and outstanding communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
